Bellbolt
Bellbolt gives home-service businesses a website where customers book jobs online, and a phone app to run the day. I designed it, built it and run it myself, from the idea to the pricing page.

The problem
Small plumbing, heating or cleaning companies get most of their work from Google and the phone. Their website is a brochure, bookings arrive as missed calls and messages, and the owner keeps the schedule in their head.
The software that exists for this is priced per user, built for big teams and usually only in English. Bellbolt is for the small crew that just wants the job booked and the day in order, in English and Spanish, for one flat price.
What I built
- A website for each business, in one or two languages, with a page for every service and every city it covers, so it shows up when people search locally.
- Online booking in four short steps: how urgent it is, photos of the problem, a time slot and the address. It filters out spam on its own.
- A phone app for the owner: new bookings to confirm, the week ahead, and one tap to call, message on WhatsApp or open the map.
- Separate access for the owner and each technician, days off, and a rule that never books one technician in two places at once.
- Automatic emails and text messages for the owner and the customer, plus a private link where the customer can check, change or cancel the visit.

Very low running costs
Pages are prepared once and then served instantly from storage, so the whole product runs on Cloudflare’s free plan. That is what lets Bellbolt keep a low, flat price.

An app that feels like an app
The owner’s panel installs on the phone’s home screen and opens instantly, because it is built as a separate lightweight app instead of part of the website.
- 03
One price per business
Plans depend on the size of the team, not on how many people log in. From $39 a month, with a 14-day free trial and the option to have it all set up for you in 48 hours.
