FAQ
Questions about this service
Will it make things up?
Any AI can be wrong, so the system is built for it: answers come from your documents with their sources, every answer is checked against rules, and when it is not sure it says so or passes the case to a person. The test examples tell us how often it gets things right before launch.
Is my data safe? Will it be used to train their AI?
On the paid business plans of providers such as Microsoft Azure (for OpenAI’s models) or Google Gemini, your data is not used to train their models. If that is still not enough, parts of the system can run on AI hosted in the EU or on your own servers.
What happens after the prototype?
You try it with your own data and we look at the results together. If it is good enough, we put it to work in your business. If not, you found out in two weeks instead of six months. Prototype and launch are separate stages you approve one by one.
Which AI do you use?
Whatever fits the task, the cost and your privacy needs: OpenAI’s models through Microsoft Azure, Google Gemini, Whisper to turn speech into text, or smaller open models that can run on your own machines or handle large volumes cheaply. You are not tied to one provider.
How much will it cost to run?
It depends on how much you use it. During the prototype I measure what each answer costs and set spending limits, so there are no surprises on the bill.
